Finja is the Co-Founder and Commercial Director of SolarHR. She is an entrepreneur with an ecommerce background and is heavily focused on customer satisfaction.

She started her first company at the age of 19 when she discovered her passion for ecommerce and SaaS companies.

At 22 she started a position as an account manager for various online businesses driving sales and growth.

Now Finja has partnered up with Alvaro to work on their shared vision to enable remote work for companies all around the globe.
