Alvaro is the Founder and Executive Director of SolarHR. He's an entrepreneur, designer, and engineer, usually all at once.

At the age of 12 Alvaro got into video games, but soon his curious mind turn him into being more interested in how games were made than actually playing them.

He then made his first success at the age of 15 years, while participating in the Minecraft community with one of the leading competitive multiplayer servers, with a daily user base of 800 players at times.

After selling the game server at the age of 19 he dropped out of school and started working as a Software Engineer for different consulting firms.

Alvaro never stop his entrepreneur passion and keep doing business in his spare time turning into failed business ideas.

He then became at the age of 22 Global Partner Tech Lead, Google at Nordcloud, an IBM Company. Leading the partnership with Google strategy from a tech perspective.

Now Alvaro is back to his roots and running SolarHR focusing on driving the company strategy with an engineering first approach.
